Shipping Packaging for Wine
The cartons are manufactured and delivered by Wellpappe Forchheim. Over 230 employees specialize in the production of packaging there. The company belongs to the Palm Packaging Group, which includes 26 corrugated board plants, five paper mills, and 4,000 employees.
The cartons are currently only available for members from Germany. However, they can be picked up EU-wide in Forchheim with self-collection.
We request payment exclusively by advance payment (bank transfer). Further information will be provided with our order confirmation.
The goods will be delivered approximately 3-6 working days after receipt of payment.

Please note the ratio of the 6-bottle inserts to the size of the shipping carton. Furthermore, the quantity per pallet cannot be individually adjusted.
Please note that the current shipping system is being phased out and no new cartons will be produced. Cartons for 18 and 12 bottles are already out of stock. For all orders received from now on, we are granting a 10% discount on the remaining carton prices. We recommend our members order suitable outer cartons and inserts.

Shipping is currently carried out via DHL general cargo with a truck equipped with or without a tail lift. Alternatively, you can hire your own freight forwarder. More information on self-collection
