Order placement and shipping are simple and straightforward. Shipping orders can be imported into the DPD system via a CSV file. You also have address management and returns management in the palm of your hand. This makes your processes more efficient and saves time.

On the day of delivery, consignees know exactly when their parcel will arrive - with live tracking even down to 30 minutes.

Do you need the optimum shipping connection to your IT systems? DPD offers many interfaces, plug-ins, client solutions and web service interfaces on a SOAP basis. With the help of the DPD converter, data exchange in EDIFACT formats such as IFTSTA or IFTMIN is possible - but also with individual file formats such as XML, CSV, ASCII, SAP iDoc, Excel, VDA or PDF.
