An Additional Handling charge will be applied to each package that requires special handling. This will be determined by UPS at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

A parcel is considered a "large parcel" if the total dimension exceeds 300 cm in length plus circumference [circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x height)] but is less than the maximum UPS dimension of 400 cm. Large packages are subject to a minimum chargeable weight of 40 kg. In addition, a surcharge is levied for large parcels.

Packages with a weight of more than 70 kg or a length of more than 274 cm or total dimensions of more than 400 cm in length and circumference [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] will not be accepted for shipment. Nevertheless, shipments found in the UPS parcel system will be charged a surcharge. For parcels whose combined length and circumference exceed 400 cm, the large parcel surcharge will be added.
