Conditions of participation
Eligible to participate in this competition of Wein-Plus GmbH, wetterkreuz 19, D-91058 Erlangen (hereinafter referred to as "wein.plus") are all persons residing in Austria, Germany and Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 at the time of their participation. Sweepstake clubs or automated services are excluded from participation.
The prerequisite for participation in the prize draw is the answering of the respective prize question by ticking the appropriate box on the respective prize draw page. By answering the prize question, the participant declares that he/she has read the following conditions of participation and accepts them without reservation:
- Only one entry per person is possible.
- Various prizes will be raffled among all participants in cooperation with the respective cooperation partner. Prizes include value added tax.
- The participant agrees that his/her data may be processed by wein.plus as well as by the cooperation partner and its members for the sole purpose of sending the prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address provided. Following the competition, the data will be deleted unless you have given us your express consent to use your data for advertising purposes.
- wein.plus accepts no liability for technical defects, faulty data transmission or for any technical difficulties that may affect participation in the competition.
- wein.plus reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition in any way through technical manipulation. In the event of exclusion from the competition, wein.plus shall be free to refuse and reclaim the prizes at a later date.
- wein.plus expressly reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value without giving reasons.
- Participation in competitions is free of charge and not associated with any obligation to purchase.
- wein.plus assumes no liability or warranty for the prizes received or for any specific condition or value of the prizes.
- No cash redemption, refund, exchange or transfer of the prize is possible.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- The prize will be determined automatically by random number generator within five working days of the end of the entry period and will not be open to the public.
