Shipments within Austria, delivery on the next but one working day at the latest; this tariff makes sense if several parcels are sent to the same recipient in one shipment; Attention: Here, the shipment in its entirety (not the individual parcels) is insured up to € 85. Price per parcel in one shipment like "Domenstic Standard" (above), but no discount > 32kg. Valid for shipping and returns

Additional Handling

An Additional Handling charge will be assessed for each package that requires special handling. Additional handling applies to the following: - All items packed in a third-party shipping container made of metal or wood - All cylindrical items (ex. Drums, canisters, pails or tyres) that are not completely enclosed in a corrugated cardboard package - Any package whose longest side exceeds 100 cm or the second longest side exceeds 76 cm - Any package whose weight exceeds 70 lbs (32 kg) - Any package in a shipment, whose average package weight is greater than 70 lbs (32 kg) and the weight for each package is not specified in the origin document or UPS automated shipping system used UPS also reserves the right to charge the additional handling fee for any package that, in UPS's discretion, requires additional handling. In consideration of additional handling on our part and potential resulting delays in further processing of these shipments, UPS does not issue a money-back guarantee for them. UPS will therefore not refund shipping charges if shipments requiring additional handling are not delivered at the usual time for such shipments.

• Length: As of 6 August 2018, for any package whose longest side exceeds 100 cm.
• Width: Any parcel whose second longest side exceeds 76 cm.
• Weight:
  - Any parcel with an actual weight exceeding 32 kg.
  - Any package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 32 kg and the weight for each package was not specified on the paperwork or in the UPS automated shipping system used.
• Packaging:
  - Any item that is not completely wrapped in corrugated cardboard, including but not limited to metal, wood, hard plastic, soft plastic (e.g. plastic bag) or polystyrene foam (e.g. Styrofoam).
  - Any cylindrical element, such as a barrel, drum, bucket or tyre, which is not completely packed in a corrugated cardboard packaging container.
  - The fee is not charged if a Large Parcel Surcharge is already charged.

Surcharge for large parcels

A parcel is considered a "large parcel" if the total dimension exceeds 300 cm in length plus girth [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)] but is less than the maximum UPS dimension of 400 cm. Large packages are subject to a minimum chargeable weight of 40 kg. In addition, a surcharge is levied for large parcels.

Oversize surcharge

Packages with a weight of more than 70 kg or a length of more than 274 cm or total dimensions of more than 400 cm in length and circumference [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] will not be accepted for shipment. Nevertheless, shipments found in the UPS parcel system will be charged with a surcharge. For parcels whose combined length and circumference exceed 400 cm, the large parcel surcharge will be added.

Weekly service charge

UPS will collect from you daily; you do not need to arrange a collection.

Daily collection flat rate

On-call collection service; your parcels will be collected as requested.

Private Delivery

A private delivery is a delivery to a dwelling, including a commercial dwelling, that does not have an entrance open to the public.

Collection and delivery in outer areas

For national and international shipments, a surcharge of € 0.51 per kg or at least € 25.75 per shipment will be added to the shipping costs to or from outside areas. The higher amount applies. A surcharge of EUR 0.51 per kilogram or at least EUR 25.75 per shipment will be added to shipments to or from hard-to-reach areas. The higher amount applies.
