Exclusively and free of charge for Business Premium members: less paperwork if the worst comes to the worst
Nothing is more frustrating than damage during transport - both for sellers and customers. Because now paperwork is needed for compensation from the logistics company. The annoying part: Their responses are usually automated. With the new framework agreement with lawyer Nadine Liesching, wein.plus now offers its Business Premium Members the opportunity for a forceful response to the rejection. Exclusively and free forwein.plusBusiness Premium Members.
If there is damage during transport, logistics companies like UPS or DPD often respond with an automated reply to compensation claims. This regularly causes frustration and a lot of paperwork. But this annoyance can be avoided.
Through our framework agreement with lawyer Nadine Liesching, we offer Business Premium Members the opportunity for a response to be sent by her. This ensures that UPS or DPD actually reviews your concern - without an automated response. If compensation is still denied, lawyer Liesching offers to take over the mandate at discounted conditions.

This is how our framework agreement helps you in case of damage
If damage occurred during the transport of your wine bottles or wine cartons despite careful packaging choices and insurance of the package?
DPD or UPS deny the driver's responsibility and reject compensation according to their terms and conditions and/or packaging guidelines?
Contact us via the following form for Premium Members, free of charge and without obligation, and briefly describe the situation.
Nadine Liesching will contact you and ask you to send the rejection letter and your previous correspondence with DPD or UPS regarding the damage case, including the required documents (invoice copy, damage report, etc.).
The lawyer will initially review the situation for you free of charge. Depending on the outcome of the review, Ms. Liesching will draft a standardized initial lawyer's letter for you free of charge or for a small, agreed-upon flat fee, and will take over further correspondence with UPS/DPD for you.
If another damage rejection is received, she will make you an offer for further support of your case. This offer is often a fixed price for you as a Premium Member at wein.plus, which is significantly lower than the normally incurred fees.
You can freely and without obligation decide whether you want to accept the offer. Only then will costs arise, which lawyer Liesching will calculate depending on the scope and effort and will coordinate with you.
