Targeting by country and customer group

The listing of partners in the world of benefits for members is country and customer group-dependent. It is precisely defined for which countries and which groups of our members the offer is relevant. The Advertisement partners are therefore limited for logged-in members. If you are not logged in, you can customise the settings to suit your needs.
The most important thing here is to differentiate between private members and business members, each of whom have very different needs.

What requirements must a partner fulfil?

  • We don't make the selection of partners easy for ourselves. We vouch for all our partners with our name. Reliability, seriousness and first-class products and services are the most important prerequisites for a listing.
  • We also expect our members to be offered exclusive and truly significant benefits in the world of advantages. These are usually price advantages. However, other benefits are also conceivable, but they should be truly significant. Under no circumstances should it be possible to utilise these benefits to this extent in any other way, either individually or via other networks.
  • It must be a specific product or service at a fixed price.
  • The offer must be regularly available to a broad target group of our members. We do not accept offers that are only used by a small proportion of our members.

What does it cost for a framework agreement partner?

We assume that our partners are members of the wein.plus network themselves, i.e. that they have taken out a Premium membership. Otherwise, we do not charge any fees. We want to offer our members the best conditions - and not "take" anything from them for ourselves.

Commissions are not part of our business model. We want to achieve the best conditions for our members without being suspected of acting for our own benefit.

How do partners recognise our members' orders?

We make sure that the special offers can only be used by our members. Our partners' offer pages therefore have a generally accessible part and a part that is only visible to authorised members.

Authorisation is carried out using several alternative methods:

  1. On the page accessible only to members, there is a registration form with which interested users send a message to our partner. The structure of this message is not known to third parties and enables them to easily identify our members.
  2. We publish a voucher code on the members-only page, which can be used in the partner's shop. This method has the disadvantage that voucher codes often "spread" via social media or voucher portals.
  3. Every member has received our wein.plus:card, which they can print out and present when shopping on site, for example.
  4. There is a check function that checks whether a Business Premium membership exists after entering the country, postcode and the first letter of the company name. This allows the Premium membership of a customer to be verified immediately.

What does the cooperation look like?

It is a fair and uncomplicated partnership. wein.plus represents the interests of its members vis-à-vis its partners. We do not interfere in the day-to-day business between Vorteilswelt partners and members. We are also not a sales or support department for the products or services offered.

However, if general problems arise between Vorteilswelt partners and members, we see ourselves as mediators and endeavour to resolve them.

The co-operation is designed for the long term. Price or relevant product changes must be agreed with us in advance, insofar as they affect specifically listed products/services.

We check the acceptance of the products/services offered by our members at certain intervals and reserve the right to cancel a listing if there is a lack of acceptance or dissatisfaction.

What do we need to start working together?

If it is generally agreed that your offer is suitable for the world of benefits, we need some data and texts to promoteit on the offer page in the form, scope and style of the offers already listed. Our copywriters will then formulate the final description and submit it to you for approval.
  • Please let us know specifically how your offer for our members differs from your company's usual offers.
  • Logo on white or transparent background, width 320px
  • Banner as header for the description 1320px width × 800px height. Please note that, depending on the screen resolution, up to 150px will be cut off at all four edges. Therefore, please do not place important content within this border area, but only in the centre of the safe area of 1020px x 500px. The text will be placed over it later by us using HTML/CSS.
