We develop customised communication and event concepts that focus on your goals and needs. From the initial idea to strategic planning to comprehensive follow-up or even just partial follow-up. We design almost all event formats (trade fairs, roadshows, tastings, online tastings, presentations, business dinners, competitions and much more) in our own name and on behalf of associations and organisations. We also represent and advise agencies and renowned wine producers.
WEINmesse Berlin
Since 2024, we have been organising Germany's largest public wine fair together with Deutsche Wein Marketing GmbH: the WEINmesse Berlin.
In February 2024, around 21,000 visitors came to the historic "Station" in Berlin over three days to experience more than 220 exhibitors from 14 countries.
Wine tour of the DWI
From 2016 to 2023, we designed and organised the "WeinTour" wine and tourism trade fair for the German Wine Institute (DWI). The event took place annually in several German cities and offered visitors the opportunity to taste and buy wines from around 80 wineries. Guided WineWalks on various topics imparted knowledge about the German wine-growing regions, grape varieties and quality levels.
During the COVID period, the "WineTour" took place exclusively digitally. Afterwards, the live event was extended virtually with our wein.plus:samples.
Competition formats
in 2023, Österreich Wein Marketing (ÖWM) commissioned us to organise the high-reach "Austrian Wine Awards" competition together with the German Wine and Sommelier School (DWS) in Koblenz. From around 460 Austrian wines submitted, over 240 wines were honoured in at least one of 54 categories. All award winners received certificates and seals for their marketing, as well as articles in the online magazine and print magazine of wein.plus and a social media campaign.
We also worked with DWS in Koblenz in 2024 after the Spanish wine region of Ribera del Duero entrusted us with organising the "Best of Ribera del Duero" competition. 20 of the 80 wines entered were awarded prizes, and this project was accompanied by a high-profile cross-media advertorial campaign in the online magazine and print magazine of wein.plus. Here too, the award winners were able to use certificates and seals for their marketing.
Both the wine producers and the marketing organisations themselves benefited from the huge international attention generated by these campaigns.
Online tastings
for Österreich Wein Marketing, Südtirol Wein, Institute of Masters of Wine, Rioja, Pays d'Oc, Côtes du Rhône, wein.club, Schlumberger and many more
We have implemented online tastings and digital masterclasses for various clients, including webinars with tasting videos. Either original bottles or our wein.plus:samples were used: 50 ml sample bottles with the original wines, which are filled under protective gas and packaged in individually designed small boxes. At some events, the wines were tasted beforehand by a certified sommelier. We took care of the entire organisation, from participant management to the dispatch of the tasting packages.
Business dinners
In cooperation with the Greek agricultural consultancy Novacert, we organised a total of eight business dinners at which German and Greek experts came together to learn about the connection between origin protection and responsible wine consumption as part of an EU funding programme. The client was the Vaeni Naoussa wine cooperative from northern Greece. To give them access to the German market, we invited renowned German guests from the retail, catering and media sectors, selected the restaurant and menu and acted as local hosts. The events took place near Frankfurt, in Düsseldorf and - organised by our Greek partner - in Thessaloniki.
