We develop tailored communication and event concepts that put your goals and needs at the center. From the first idea through strategic planning to comprehensive follow-up or even just partial. We design nearly all event formats (trade fairs, roadshows, tastings, online tastings, presentations, business dinners, competitions, and much more) in our own name as well as on behalf of associations and organizations. In addition, we represent and advise agencies and renowned wine producers.
WEINmesse Berlin
Since 2024, we have been organizing the largest wine public fair in Germany together with Deutsche Wein Marketing GmbH: the WEINmesse Berlin.
In February 2024, around 21,000 visitors came to the historic "Station" in Berlin over three days to experience more than 220 exhibitors from 14 countries.
WeinTour des DWI
For the German Wine Institute (DWI), we designed and organized the wine and tourism fair "WeinTour" from 2016 to 2023. The event took place annually in several German cities and offered visitors the opportunity to taste and purchase wines from around 80 wineries. Guided WineWalks on various topics conveyed knowledge about the German growing regions, grape varieties, and quality levels.
During the COVID period, the "WeinTour" took place exclusively digitally. After that, the live event was virtually extended with our wein.plus:samples.
Competition Formats
In 2023, Austria Wine Marketing (ÖWM) commissioned us to organize the high-reach competition "Austrian Wine Awards" together with the German Wine and Sommelier School (DWS) in Koblenz. Of around 460 submitted Austrian wines, over 240 wines were awarded in at least one of 54 categories. All award winners received certificates and seals for their marketing, and there were articles in the online magazine and in the print magazine of wein.plus as well as a social media campaign.
In 2024, we also collaborated with the DWS in Koblenz after we were commissioned by the Spanish wine region Ribera del Duero to conduct the competition "Best of Ribera del Duero". 20 out of 80 submitted wines were awarded, and there was a public cross-media advertorial campaign in the online magazine and in the print magazine of wein.plus. Here too, the award winners could use certificates and seals for their marketing.
Both wine producers and the marketing organizations themselves benefited from these actions with enormous international attention.
Online Tastings
for Austria Wine Marketing, South Tyrol Wine, Institute of Masters of Wine, Rioja, Pays d'Oc, Côtes du Rhône, wein.club, Schlumberger, and many more
For various clients, we have implemented online tastings and digital masterclasses, also in webinar form with tasting videos. Either original bottles or our wein.plus:samples were used: 50-ml sample bottles with the original wines, which were filled under protective gas and packed in individually designed small boxes. In some events, the wines were tasted beforehand by a certified sommelier. From participant management to the shipping of sample packages, we took over the complete organization.
Business Dinners
In cooperation with the Greek agricultural consulting company Novacert, we organized a total of eight business dinners where German and Greek professionals came together to learn about the connection between origin protection and responsible wine enjoyment as part of an EU funding program. The client was the wine-growing cooperative Vaeni Naoussa from northern Greece. To provide them access to the German market, we invited renowned German guests from trade, gastronomy, and media, selected the restaurant and menu, and acted as hosts on-site. The events took place near Frankfurt, in Düsseldorf, and – organized by our Greek partner – in Thessaloniki instead.
